This D3 soccer thread is not just about you!!  I CUT and PASTED the info thinking other people reading on the topic might be interested in Patrick's bio and game stats for both ECSU and URI and would not have to go to the two web sites to obtain the info!  So chill out your questions are not THAT important!!
I am now sorry I responded in the first place!  End of conversation

Lol @ECSU....I can find all that.  You didn't answer a single question I asked. But nice cut and paste.
Sort of an obnoxious reply
Sorry I bored you with my response!!!
Your questions can only be answered by Patrick, ECSU Coach Devito and or URI Coach Garreth Elliot, so frankly they were silly questions to ask in the first place! ::)

It was perfectly fine to say you had no clue about the answers.  And no, while I certainly can be obnoxious, the questions were not silly.
Yeah silly to post on this threat as nobody except the above mentioned people could supply the answers on Pat.  So write a letter to Pat, Greg and Garreth and you will likely get a correct answer! BTW Pat is currently playing in the game vs UConn, but I guess you already knew that!

@ECSUalum and @Ejay...thanks for adding Agyemang and Thomas.  Looks like their moves definitely worked out for them.  Agyemang has played very little so far this year so I assume he's dealing with an injury of some sort.  Can either of you provide some backstory on these guys?  I'm curious how they ended up at ECSU and Gettysburg.  Were they lightly recruited or unknown prior to college?  Did they actively choose those schools or more so sort of fell into them?  Did they initially reject legit D1 offers to start out D3?  ECSU to URI feels a little more straightforward while Gettysburg to Santa Clara is a huge move.

Not sure what's going on there but I am following up with the domain registrar now. Unfortunately, this happened on a holiday weekend where not only was I out of town, I was off the grid.
Looks to be back today Pat. Thanks

ECSUalum….congrats to your team’s championship.  Hamm, though a Midd grad, was the HC at Amherst when Amherst built it’s fine baseball facility.  He left Amherst in part to support his wife’s career.  Had forgotten where he was.  Amherst’s lost…ECSU gain ;D

Thank You amh63 !!!!

Can anybody tell me why ECSU is seeded #2 in the CWS?  They have been #1 in the d3 poll for a month now!

ECSU defensive lapses allows Berry a 6-4 victory to eliminate the Warriors!
Congrats to TLU, Barry, CNU, and Trine for getting into the final 4!

Good luck to the Trine Thunder in the DIII Softball World Series.  This is a team that started the season 0-7 with 3 of those losses coming against CNU, TLU and ECSU who are all in the final 8.  The Thunder currently stand at 32-11 and are on a 17 game win streak.  Every one of the losses have come against ranked teams who made the NCAA tournament, other than the 2 MIAA regular season losses to Calvin and Kalamazoo.  It took a while for Trine to figure out their pitching rotation and lineup.  So. Adrienne Rosey was number 2 pitcher to start the season but claimed the number 1 spot halfway thru the season and has been lights out recently.  Jr Anna Koeppl started the season number 1 pitcher and has had a nice season too, not the flame thrower that Rosey is but is very crafty.  The big question is can we score enough runs to win.  Every team in the finals has tremendous pitching and good pitching will typically shut down good offenses.  The emergence of 2 freshman starters, Ainsley Phillips at catcher and Emma Beyer at second base has been one the reasons Trine has excelled down the stretch.  Defense has been terrific too.  We've been here before, but the finals is stacked so would be a surprise if we advance out of the pod of ECSU, Salisbury, and Milliken.

From what I saw last night in the ECSU vs Trine game before it was suspended was a very confident, competent Trine team who could very well make some noise in Salem Va

Amh63,
Good to "hear" from you. it's been awhile.  Yes Coach Hamm, (Middlebury alum), has put together a fine team, many of which are ex UConn players, who were not expected to get playing time in Storrs, ie Like Broadhurst, Ryan Bagdasarian, Zack Johnson, who all have had tremendous 2022s.
Elsa Nunez is a wonderful ECSU president and transformed Eastern from a primarily teaching institution to Connecticut's State Liberal Arts University. Our US News and World Report ranking have brought us to the #1 Public Regional university in the New England.

Anybody over here know why NY state received 3 NCAA Regionals and New England none. New England teams had to travel hundreds of miles while Courtland, Brockport, U Rochester played home games???!!!  Personally thought the U of Rochester facility and broadcast was mediocre, and wonder how they picked it?
