The Eagles squeaked one out last night with the Lakers, but look for an Eagle explosion today against the Dragons. I think the Eagles will come out with fire in their eyes and show consistency today, which they will need to make this a double digit victory. Cortland is always a tough game but second day, afternoon game on the road, will catch up to the Dragons. Good luck, Eagles!!!!

Congrats, Eagles!!! The best game of the season from my perspective. You played solid for 40 minutes, great use of the bench for the second game of the weekend. Looking forward to seeing the guys next weekend down here in Daytona. 2-0 in the SUNYAC!!!!!! Great start!!!

Oneonta 62 Potsdam 60

Undoubtedly the closest and most exciting finish of all the games today.  Oneonta was up 60-57 with a chance to make it a 2 possession game at the line but missed both free throws with 18 seconds to go. Potsdam rebounded the 2nd miss and quickly came down and went to Isaiah Joseph who drained a triple to tie the game with 8 seconds left. Oneonta then rushed to their end and Ian Schultz swished a jumper for the lead with 1.1 second on the clock. Potsdam made a valiant effort to get off a shot at the buzzer and did so from just inside half court. It had a chance but was just off and the Red Dragons escaped with the win.

Closing 2019 with a win vs our lake Erie rival Fredonia.  What more could a BENGAL ask for?  Not one of the cleanest games by Buff State standards but a win is a win. Encouraged by the 2nd game in a row where 5 BENGALS are in double figures.  Sheldon Adams not only continues to lead in scoring but added 8 assists and 7 boards. Mark Worthy comes off the bench and hits 4 three pointers, Kay Grant and Jordan Christopher both continue thier solid play and freshman Aaron Davis has another double digit performance.

Long break until next game but these kids go on break with a winning feeling .  Lord knows that having to face Oswego, Cortland and Brockport, on the road,  in your next 3 SUNYAC games, is not the most settling thing for Xmas dinner.  But the BENGALS will cross that bridge when they get there? For now...

Go BENGALS!
