Without looking too much into it, the one ranking that catches my eye the most is Trinity (TX) at 27.  I know they re losing some of their pitching but they seem to be pretty loaded with returners that took them to a 3rd place finish at the WS.

Frostburg and Ramapo also were dinged.  I know it is unlikely that Frostburg will have the same magic but quite a drop nevertheless.

At the D3 level, so much of it is a crap-shoot as most of the incoming recruits are kids we have never heard of and were off the national-recruiting radar. While it is usually safe to "recycle" the top 20 programs into the top 30 every year with a few "educated" guesses, much of what we all know is regionally based resulting from kids we know or have actually seen play. I have some ideas of who will be a threat this season, but I doubt our hunches would get much support outside of our own local regions.

By the way, I really like Bethel in 2016 in the Midwest region as a team to keep an eye on.
