Oxy turning to Ultimate Frisbee as their lead sport.

What's next? Tetherball? Hopscotch?

I have stopped telling people I went to Oxy.

Want to see some Frisbee throwing? This is good.

Sure hope that is not all the kids, I only count three O linemen. The only player I have seen play is the QB from Orange. He has a chance to be a starter down the road, solid pick up.

I'm sure they're adding more as they wait for verbals to get deposits in.

I hope so Cat, I would like to see a few more JC kids, Coach Brown (former Riverside CC Head Coach)  has done a great job in getting IE JC players, thru his contacts.

The other linemen signed with Oxy so they can play right away.
Just economics of scarcity.

UR put their incoming class on twitter: twitter.com/UofR_Football

Quite a few kids from the PNW. I like it.

I noticed that as well.  I am curious how hard UR recruits AZ.  There are only three 4-year schools with football but there are also a ton of JC's.  Redlands is an easy drive to Phoenix and seems like it would be a good fit.

Agreed. Redlands usually recruits Arizona and ends up with some good players in the program.

Redlands hits Vegas area just as hard, had some all league players come out of Vegas. Lastly as the high desert keeps growing in population UR is picking off kids too.

Redlands developing a pipeline of talent from the PNW is a great move. They can offer a great education, excellent football program, abundance of sun, and more good looking women than the NWC schools combined.

Naw, naw, naw.  I've walked the sidelines and tailgaters at Redlands games. Nothing to shout about.
