Nice, a big kicker who can throw. I can't wait to see what Steve Johnson draws up for that one.
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

I remember when Roste signed with the Gophers as a PWO. People were excited. Vic Viramontes transferred out around the same time as Roste and in hindsight Roste was probably closer to seeing some playing time had he stayed at the U. Oh well, he will be a stud in the MIAC.

Travis Sinclair will be a nice addition for Bethel, he was a game changer at Rogers. They would.use him on both sides of the ball and I saw it many times. A good heavyweight wrestler too.

I'm Baaack! Absolutely slaughtered the walleye on "Lake of the Woods" the last 3 days. Probably had 25+ (the group of 12, including 2 SJ2ers) between 20-29in. Obviously catch and release, but tons of fun! I think I put on 5Lbs with all you care to eat fish everyday :o

Doug may have only been known to behind-the-scenes types, but he was a big part of the St. Thomas athletics scene. Sad to see this news. :(

Sounds like you had a great trip. I'm envious! No walleye, or perch, around Alliance. Ever eat carp?  Me either. Hope you washed down the "all you can eat fish" with some Milwaukee's Best. If you didn't, I had several for ya.
"Lake of the Woods", huh? In Alliance we have "Pond by the Tree". No one goes there! Also, I just made that up.
Football practice pretty soon. I know both of our teams will be in the hunt. Not sure what that means. But, as you know, I'm old. I get mixed up and I forget things!
Go ST$, oops, Go Tommies! Go Raiders! And, yes, Go Everybody! ☠🏈🍻

On our drive to Ohio two weeks ago, we had to pull over before going over the bridge in South Chicago. Several inch thick bullet proof glass in the convenience store was really the only reminder of where we were. Went to the local CVS pharmacy, looked around a bit then found the freeway and drove to Sandusky. It was a Hard Core section of a hard core city. I like big cities and my family has no problem with them either but we have that classic upper midwest look which always draws stares from the locals.

Reminds me of a place in East St Louis. We would go there periodically for "Snoot" sandwiches. (Yes, it was a sandwich made from a shaved pig snout, slathered in BBQ sauce. Kind of like bacon without any meaty parts). They had a thick plexiglass window, with a small turntable at the bottom. You would put your money on it ($2.00 if memory serves) turn it so they could get the cash, then they would put the sandwich  on it and turn it so you could get that savory tidbit. Ahh, the good old days.

Have heard a lot of horror stories about East St. Louis. You were very brave to eat there. And the sandwich sounds absolutely dreadful!. Were you oblivious to where you were or just didn't you care?
Glad you survived. ☠🏈
