CCS has no AQ but Covenant is a mortal lock for the 1 Pool B bid anyway.

WLCALUM83

Thanks-wasn't too sure about that, but thought I'd put Covenant in anyway. even if it needed to be corrected later.

Trinity just defeated CMS in 5 sets.  Amazing volleyball!

Go Tigers!

Regarding the poll, had CMS won, the Athenas would have been the on-paper favorites to run the table. Now, I'm figuring it's wide open. Hope, Trinity-TX, NW-MN all come out of tougher regionals. MIT gets another chance, could make a deeper run than last year if Consecrata Rozario stays healthy and things break right. Juniata and Johns Hopkins aren't to be taken lightly. Transylvania got off to a slow start but has been on a very strong run of late. NYU is good as well. Juniata is probably the closest thing to a favorite, but again, it's not as clear cut. I'll submit my vote later.

Neither team from the finals last season Calvin or defending champ UW Eau Claire make it out of Regional this year.

D3Navy

Textbook game from Trinity today taking MIT in three sets.

On to the semis!

Go Tigers!

D3Navy

Trinity - Juniata for the title on Saturday.  Terrific performances by both teams this evening.

Trinity took the earlier matchup this season - Juniata's only loss.

Couldn't ask for a better final!
