Rev;

Is a peaceful transition possible?  Like from a President to a Vice President, perhaps?  That's been known to happen from time to time.

Gags had a lot of guys go through his program that went on to be very successful themselves. We don't, as an immutable rule, require a radical transition.

True, things need not be radical, and the transition can be peaceful. Everyone just has to have the same mind that you want the new coach for who he is himself, not a new Gagliardi.

DoubleO

Not good news out of the UST lockerroom...apparently the flu bug that O'Connell had last week is making its way through the team/staff, rampantly. Here's to hoping they get healthy quickly and are able to give UWO their best shot.

Officially, "no." http://www.stthomas.edu/athletics/tailgating/

Which is really stupid because it is a wet campus.

I should note that I am not sure those rules have been updated since they were first posted.

I'd go to Tiff's or Plum's before the game anyway.

I'll sadly be out of town watching on espn3, but in the past they have had shuttle buses from those bars (at least Tiff's) to campus for the game, and back.

Did you remember to apply for a permit from the city of St. Paul?  The median on Summitt Ave is a city park.

Officially no, unofficially yes. I believe "Lot C" on the South Campus is where the tailgaters congregate. The Campus itself sells alcohol in the quad before games outside of the stadium.

We've enjoyed a few in the parking lot over by the Frey Building in the past.  It seemed that if you were in that lot the policy was to look away unless you hand underage or caused trouble.

Any SJU fans wearing their Johnnie red to the game?

I saw a few Johnnie hats and sweatshirts at the UWW/UST game last year in Whitewater.  ;D I even talked to one of them at the bar before the game.
