Given the scenario you mention, I believe who would be in first comes down to who finishes third, believe it or not. If the scenario you mentioned happens and Oneonta finishes third, Brockport would finish first because they swept Oneonta and Oswego split. However, if Cortland finishes third, Oswego would finish first in that scenario because they swept Cortland and Brockport, even with a win over them this weekend, can only split at best.
