Kept blowing opportunities until less than a minute to go. What an ending.

Ice sends his immediate and sincere condolences on this tragic TOP defeat. Ice's beloved Dutchmen succumbed to the same tragic fate...

What a great way to win, good for UW-Stout. Did the Stout WR get away with a little offensive pass interference on the play? Maybe. Congratulations to the Blue Devil squad.

The top 25 poll is out.  Everything is pretty much static.  It appears a few votes shifted around quite dramatically but the point totals and rankings didn't change too much as a result.

SJU remains at #2
BU moves up a spot to #20

Stout's bout of Magic(tm) killed off all the votes for GAC.  Surprisingly, Stout got no love for the victory.  I guess voters thought that five WIAC teams getting points was enough.  Six is a bridge too far.

The WIAC's victories over BU and GAC pretty much make this weekend a high-stakes proposition for the MIAC in terms of D3football.com rankings.

Does anyone know how The Roste Status finishes yet?  Is he back for this weekend's big clash?

I think too, that getting obliterated by Wartburg, who isn't super high in the poll, is also a bad look for Stout in the eyes of Top 25 voters.

Despite losing a first place vote we increased our points total and are within 4 of NCC. Considering they have 7 more first place votes it seems other voters might rate them in the 3-5 range. Been a wild 3 weeks of movement up and down the top 25.

It'll be interesting to see how the top moves as the season progresses. NCC, SJU, and UMHB all playing their big conference foe within the next couple of weekends which will include 1 (potentially 2) top 10 game/s. How that changes the points compared to MU or if UWW will start taking points with each win in the WIAC. River Falls also crept up a spot. All just eye test discussion and debate.
