WIAC  was over rated this year ,  ;D

So and so beat so and so ? So WHat,  :-*

Go Cats. It's roasted sagehens for t-day  :P :-*

Committee lost it again ALL TWO LOSS TEAMS LOST BUT ONE, maybe next week  :P

Not great at math but I believe there is a 100% guarantee you'll see one winner and one loser when they're matched against each other. Remaining 4 2-loss teams were AQ???

The committee does NOT PICK THE AQ's I stand  by my math.   Pool  b's  only silly boy , yes I agree the only reason someone has to win c vs c.  :-*

Sounds good https://www.d3football.com/interactive/faq/playoffs#1

1. How are the Division III football playoffs set up?

For 2022: Automatic bids to go the champions of 27 conferences.

There will be zero bids set aside solely for Pool B teams, that is, teams who are independents or in conferences without automatic bids. (Only one team exists in 2022.)

The remaining five bids are at-large bids, commonly referred to as Pool C.

DC is saying that the committee doesn't select AQ's as they select themselves.  The committee only selects at-large bids.  Now we would call those Pool C selections, but DC is saving time and showing the alphabet respect by calling them Pool B and reusing the earlier letter.

Of the at-large bids, the committee selected two two-loss teams.  And one of those two-loss teams lost.  The circumstances of that loss are immaterial to his point, which is that only half the two-loss teams which the committee selected advanced.  His math is correct.  QED.

So, 02, what's the skinny on Bullis retiring? Do you or anybody closer to the program have anything to add?

Yep - been there, done that. Appreciated your posts there. Thought maybe some of the rest of Region 6 might have something to say.

Gonna kick this off again this year, right after week one. We'll probably have a couple openings if anyone is interested in joining.

If so, please let me know.

Thanks!
