^^^ that was in 2008.  Heck Trinity could play back then too, but they didn't even make a Regional this year.  Can't rate how a team is this year based on 2 years ago.

I would say that a team who hasn't played a meaningfull game in 10 days beating a team who has been solid all year, and ranked higher, is definitely an upset.

And he's out, 9 runs allowed, 5.2IP, 14hits; Michael Swenson inherits a runner on first.

An exciting one in the Central.  RHIT led the entire game, but NCC scored two in the bottom of the ninth to send it to extra innings, 4-4.  About to start the tenth.

RHIT beats NCC, 5-4, in 11 innings.  So far the Central is 'just as predicted' - #6 over #1 and #5 over #2!

What's that?  The higher seed is NOT the bigger number?! :o ;D

FINAL:

Seamen walked 4 and hit 2 more, but really pitched pretty well. Bodree's 2 errors in the 7th really hurt.

By the way, looking at Manhattanville's pitching for tonight's game, I think they must have the worst pitching i have ever seen in the playoffs. Their number #1 starter has an ERA over 9.00

crazy game...3rd straight extra inning game in the Mideast Regional.

Wooster may just have saved their season with that comeback; and it took some help from PSB, as they had a tailormade DP to end the game and threw it away at 2nd to allow the rally to get going.

What's your over/under for total runs in that game?

The ERA for manhattanville is decieving right now. Midway through the season they had a 14 team ERA and has been declining ever since...(When they say the only way to go is up that would be the opposite)..They started playing really well the second half of the year and when their pitchers started to settle down their hitters stayed hot.

With that being said They will most likely let up 8 or 9 tonight and I will take the over set at 19 for both teams ;D.
