Ok, we'll see if this post lives as it's on the edge of taste, but it is too true to believe:

"Man accuses wife of poisoning vagina to kill him"

At this point I would normally quote from the article but there is nothing relevant to the story I can post here.  Readers beware: squirming and uncomfortableness is guaranteed.  A further warning - the story is from Brazil where almost anything can happen and it usually does.

"...strange odor...."    ???

Randomness of the day: I just ran into onearmedscot and Touchdown Tommy here at the X for the Wild game. I offered to bury the hatchet and Tommy left ... Oh well.

He was probably trying to catch up with the vendor selling foam #1 hands.

Maybe he thought you were going to bury the hatchet in his head.

Can someone please explain the nickname "Wild" to me? It may be the worst moniker in professional sports, behind the "Packers" of course. Perhaps the NHL wouldn't allow them to reuse "North Stars". They should have-was theirs by rights. "Wild" is just God awful.

This post lives just fine with me.  Funny story and even funnier comments.  Love this one:  "Honey, is that mercury in my tuna"?  HA!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been checking out the Tommies  football coaching staff and find that they have an excellent staff.  Why don't we hear more about the assistant coaches?  All the attention seems to be focused on the head coach.

Any thoughts?

Either you're brilliant or lucky.  I nominate this for best post of the off-season.

What a happy little accident for Mr. Caruso.
Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.

Do you suppose that any part of being a good coach is building a good coaching staff? Do you think there are any young coaches out there who see benefit in learning under a 3 time national coach of the year? Come on, man! Caruso is a stud anyway you slice it-perhaps that's why what you've been "checking out" seems to be directed towards him. Not that it is a slight to ANY of his assistants, but when warranted the hc takes the brunt of the criticism & the glory of the praise.

He's the leader of our program...issue with that? If we weren't as successful as we've been there wouldn't be. Taken as a compliment...thank you!
