The rise in attendance, fund raising, and overall support grew exponentially with the football success. At the same time football was becoming a national power, academic programs and degree offerings were added, building projects expanded and the product resulted into what we have now, first class facilities for academics and athletics, first rate teachers, and first rate support programs. It is also no secret that LK had to fight for everything in the early years and made a few enemies in the process, but he won out and the college, overall, was the winner for his vision.
