Replacing 6 snr Olineman, I see 4 on the list do you think there would be more? Or do you think they'll run with what they have plus the freshman?

BTW, Letsgo what position does your son play?

Nice work letsgo!
It's very interesting to see the geographic diversity the Jumbos are bringing in compared to Trinity. Of the 20 Bantam commitments reported thus far, 85% are from either CT (9) or MA (8). Meanwhile, 71% of the 14 incoming Tufts players listed here hail from outside of New England.

I suppose both approaches have their advantages. Trin has obviously done very well in the past with talent closer to home. Given Tufts' location and relatively larger enrollment, I would have assumed they'd have a much larger pipeline from the NESCAC-rich recruiting environment in eastern Mass. Then again, those same factors also impact their ability to successfully recruit outside of the traditional NESCAC hotbeds. I can't remember seeing a NESCAC player from Louisiana!

I would assume there is more OL and other recruits. This is just what I found through twitter. My son kinda knows who most of the players are.
My son is Cam OBrien FS/DB Louisiana.

Trinity8-0 - It is interesting to see the demographics and yes I was wondering about Louisiana kids. I think there is a few kids from Florida as well, I just did not want to post what I wasn't 100 percent on. Once I get the confirmation I will post it.

There will be a LB from New Orleans going Colby this year as well.

Trinity filled the vacancy on their coaching staff with Sam Belkin. It looks like he was most recently coaching wide receivers at DII, Southern Connecticut State University and he was a student assistant at Amherst from 2014-'16 while he completed his undergraduate degree at UMass-Amherst.

Sorry Hawk, and apologies to Coach Toal as top GOAT, but there are lots of schools that have won more than 2 HS National Championships...Massilon, Moeller, St. Thomas Aquinas, De La Salle, CA, Mater Dei, CA, Valdosta, GA...off the top of my head. Or perhaps you meant only guy in the NJCath Super Conference who has won two?  In any event,  NJ Cath Conf football is great, and if you don't beleive me, just ask the parent of any player!

"Recruiting season is coming to an end and we are very happy with the numerical size and ability of our incoming class. Our volume recruiting philosophy paid off. As of today, we have 28 commitments from across the country of young men wanting to become Colby Mules. That is our largest class in many years."   from Jack Cosgrove, HCOF to Colby Football Community

I stand corrected 413

the NJ Catholic super conference includes the BNU (big north united) which are the teams that travel nationally (Don Bosco Prep, St. Joes Regional, Bergen Catholic) and you have to admit they are GREAT  ;D

The NJ conferences are another discussion ::)

Colby with 28 commits is phenomenal news for those looking for the Mules to continue to become more relevant in the league (and every fan of NESCAC football should desire increased competitiveness).

Agree- they mean business up in Waterville. The Mules have consistently been around 20 recruits in recent years. This is the expected result of the Cosgrove effect. The other Maine teams better get on their horse.

Colby's has 2 good ones-
