The four-team MIAA Tournament field is set, but seeds have some sorting out still.

#1 Calvin (11-2) (at Albion this week, but have #1 locked up)
Trine (9-4) (hosts Olivet this week)
Hope (9-4) (hosts Adrian this week)
Alma (8-5) (at Kalamazoo this week)

Trine holds the tiebreaker over both Hope (beating Calvin once) and Alma (going 2-0 vs. Albion).
Alma holds the tiebreaker over Hope (beating Calvin once).
Hope cannot win a tiebreak scenario.

#1 hosts #4 and #2 hosts #3 for the semifinals on Thursday, February 26.
Finals are played at highest remaining seed on Saturday, February 28.

NCAC update:

The NCAC plays a traditional 8-team format (1v8, 2v7, etc.) As a 10-team league, the 9th and 10th place teams do not qualify for the tournament.

That having been said, allow me to introduce Mr. Wally Wabash.

Standings - bolded teams are locked into their seeds:
1. OWU 15-2
2. Wooster 13-4
3. Wabash 11-6
4. DePauw 9-8
5. Wittenberg 8-9
6. Denison 7-10
6. Allegheny 7-10
8. Oberlin 6-11
9. Kenyon 5-12
10. Hiram 4-13

Kenyon and Hiram are eliminated.  Oberlin will play at OWU.  The other three quarterfinals are TBD.

Saturday's games:
OWU @ DePauw
Allegheny @ Denison
Wooster @ Oberlin
Kenyon @ Wabash
Hiram @ Witt

Scenarios as best I can tell:
- DePauw clinches the 4th seed with a win over OWU.  If not...
- Witt clinches the 4th seed with a win over Hiram and would host DePauw in the quarters.
Meanwhile...
- The loser of Allegheny/Denison will be the 7th seed and play at Wooster in the quarters.
- The winner would play at Wabash unless Witt loses in which case...
   - Denison wins a tiebreak with Witt (h2h split, Denison 1-1 vs. OWU, Witt 0-2 vs. OWU) so Denison @ DePauw, Witt @ Wabash
   - Witt wins a tiebreak with Allegheny (h2h split, both 0-2 vs. OWU and Wooster, both 1-1 vs. Wabash, Witt 2-0 vs. DPU, Allegheny 0-2 vs. DPU) so we get Witt @ DePauw and Allegheny @ Wabash

Corrections appreciated.   :)

Just to let you guys now I'm going to be out of town at a wedding next weekend when most of the finals take place.  I know I've done most of the conference's the last few years which I won't mind doing them again if nobody else takes them, though the updates might be 1 or 2 days late.

#19
NJAC:

#5 Rowan (16-9, 10-8) (58)
@ 2/22 3 PM
#4 Rutgers-Newark (17-8, 11-7) (83)
Winner onto #1 TGHIJGSTO (20-5, 14-4) February 24 @ 7

#6 NJCU (12-13, 9-9) (74)
@ 2/21 3 PM
#3 TCNJ (15-10, 11-7) (60)
Winner onto #2 Mr. William Paterson (19-6, 13-5) February 24 @ 7

#4 Rutgers-Newark (18-8, 11-7) (54)
@ 2/24 7 PM
#1 TGHIJGSTO (20-5, 14-4) (70)

#6 NJCU (13-13, 9-9) (61)
@ 2/24 7 PM
#2 Sir William Paterson (19-6, 13-5) (63)
Finals are February 27 at the highest remaining seed after semifinal play.

#2 Mr. William Paterson (20-6, 13-5) (61)
@ 2/27 7 PM
#1 TGHIJGSTO (21-5, 14-4) (65)

Richard Stockton is 1st in the Atlantic Region, William Paterson is 2nd and Rutgers-Newark is 5th.  I think Richard Stockton is the only "safe" team and I say that very loosely, the other 5 teams probably including William Paterson, even if they lose in the finals to Stockton need to win the tournament to get in.
William Paterson will be the first team on the board up from the Atlantic and in 19 rounds I think they'll be able to get into the tournament.  No bubble busting from this conference as TGHIJGSTO was getting in and Paterson probably is as well.

CUNYAC:

#8 CCNY (8-16, 3-13) (55)
@ 2/22 5 PM
#1 Baruch (18-6, 14-2) (72)

#5 York (NY) (13-12, 8-8) (70)
@ 2/22 1 PM
#4 Staten Island (17-8, 11-5) (67) (the rematch of last years championship game in the 4/5 game)

#6 Hunter (9-16, 6-10) (77)
@ 2/22 1 PM
#3 Lehman (17-8, 12-4) (79)

#7 John Jay (5-20, 4-12) (68)
@ 2/22 1 PM
#2 Brooklyn (20-5, 12-4) (83)

#1 Baruch (19-6, 14-2) (52)
vs. 2/25 6 PM
#5 York (NY) (14-12, 8-8) (50)

#3 Lehman (18-8, 12-4) (70)
vs. 2/25 8 PM
#2 Brooklyn (21-5, 12-4) (80)

#1 Baruch (20-6, 14-2) (90)
vs. 2/27 8:30 PM
#2 Brooklyn (22-5, 12-4) (83.  2 overtimes)

According to the Lehman schedule on the d3hoops page the semifinals take place February 25 and the final is February 27, both of those games will be taking place @ CCNY.

Baruch is 3rd in the Atlantic, Brooklyn is 4th, and CSI is 7th.  Probably only a 1 bid league no matter who wins.  I'd watch out for CSI; they got waxed twice this year by Lehman including as recently as Tuesday night but lost by 4 @ Baruch and beat Brooklyn & York.  They are also hot winners of 10 of their last 13.
Baruch likely the only team as Brooklyn probably misses the NCAAs.

Greek Tragedy

Brooklyn beat Baruch this week.  Will Pat lost too. TGHIJGSTOTM is #1 in the region. I think they are safe. I think the CUNYAC is a 1-team league.

Do you know what the tie breaker rules are for the HCAC?

This is from the 2012 season so it's a little old but should get the job done. Pretty sure the first two tiebreakers are still accurate. It'd be nice if all conferences would just post all tiebreakers in an easy to find place.
QuoteTie Breakers for Seeding
1. Head to head competition. When there are multiple teams tied, this head to head process will apply the total number of wins and losses among these teams in an attempt to break the tie.
2. Competition against rank/order of regular season standings
3. The NCAA Quality-of-win-index
4. Win-loss percentage in-region
5. If these four steps do not break the tie then a coin toss or lottery will be used.

Tie Breaker Notes:
1. If the final standings have more than one tie then lower ties are resolved first
2. If there are multiple ties for a position the tie breaker process must start from the beginning each time a team is eliminated from the tie.
3. If there are more than two teams in an unbreakable tie than a lottery will be used
to determine the seed positions.
4. The commissioner will administer coin tosses or lottery draws.
