That's Eastern time in the UNITED STATES.
US Eastern standard time or US Eastern daylight time? :P
Of course I'm from Indiana so I'm still not entirely used to the whole spring forward fall back thing. I give it another 20 years of arguing and then we'll decide to make another change and move to central time ::)

Are we going to allow picks of schools within the provisional status window?

Minimum on D3 games played?

We shouldn't. Too many of them suck.     On second thought I've got a good provisional in mind. ;D Seriously though I don't think we've done that in the past sac, but it's up to the Commissioner.

I just couldn't remember if we did before.  I'm old now.

One thing I'm noticing on the winless side, a lot of the 'usual suspects' are playing multiple games against other 'usual suspects'.

I have a couple teams I'm looking at but need to be sure on the rules. I tried finding them last year and didn't really see any (other than setting a date to start picking).

A few other rule questions... Do they have to be a D3 team? Can they be a women's team? Do they have to play basketball? Does it have to be this season? :D
If those are all possible I think I'll go with the 2012 Maryland-Eastern Shore Women's Softball team ;)

D3. Men's college basketball. United States. This season. If we didn't use provisional before, we won't now.

That clears up most questions... but was there a rule about minimum number of D3 opponents? I don't think there was but I'm not positive about it.
O Mighty Commissioner... please lay down thy word *kneels*

I think people have picked UMPI before. Pick them at your peril. They have games against Unity - and not in hacky sack.

ronk

I've encountered the UMPI HC-WBB at 2 Mid-Atlantic AAU tourneys this summer; maybe they've increased the recruiting budget across the board and will become less of a survivor contender.

Mr. Ypsi

I can't stand to not join the fray, but want to lose early so I can then ignore the contest. ;)

I'll pick Earlham for undefeated and Amherst for winless!

Well, crap, Chuck. Now you've going to make me root for your teams. And I don't like that at all.

Don't worry, Greg.  I'll make real picks in a few days.

In this year of no clear cut favorite for #1 and so much uncertainty in the Top 25 my Undefeated pick will be my hometown Plattsburgh State Cardinals who have as good a chance as anyone to tun the table. Let the games begin!!

I know that FCGrizzlies will probably beat me in making the 1st choice because he has high speed internet and I don't. :P

For a Winless team I choose my old favorite Caltech

Being West Coastie has its advantages.

Undefeated: Wooster
Winless : D'Youville
