*** CCC Nichols H (11-1)(19-2)     vs Roger Williams A (8-4)(11-10)

I know the records state otherwise, but this is a huge game for both teams in terms of the CCC standings. Currently, Nichols sits tied at first with Gordon and Roger Williams is tied with Endicott for third in the CCC. Both Endicott and Gordon have relatively easy conference games tonight and should both come out with a victory. I don't think RWU has beaten Nichols since I began following RWU in the 2015-2016 season. However, in the last three games these two teams have played, RWU has taken a 9+ point lead into halftime every game. Unfortunately, this has not resulted in any wins, but two of those three games were decided by 5 or less points. This should be a good one at a packed and very loud Nichols home court.

Appreciate the input D3ball... as we get down to the end of the season there are more and more Big Games that I'll miss, as middle of the pack teams jockey for a conference tourney spot or playoff positions... any input like this is very much appreciated by me and the handful of readers who use this board....

You're welcome hopefan. Unfortunately, it was the same song for RWU yet again. They went into the locker room at halftime at Nichols with a 40-39 lead in a game that surprisingly had rather low attendance. Then, RWU got trampled in the second half and ended up losing 77-110, thanks in big part to Marcos Echevaria's 7-9 three point shooting in the half. RWU has another big game on Saturday at 3:00 PM at home versus Endicott and the winner of this one will most likely go on to clinch 3rd place in the CCC standings at the close of the season behind Gordon and Nichols. If you're near the Bristol, RI area on Saturday I would definitely recommend coming out to watch the two top scorers in the CCC, Austin Coene of RWU and Keith Brown of Endicott, battle it out in what should be a very tightly contested game.

Not sure if ANYoNE is looking at this board as the season runs down..

BUT

Big games today, 2/11/19:
Well, there are no leader vs leader games in a very light schedule

However, if you are a creature of habit and need a D3 game on the internet fix...

2 games involving middle of the pack teams battling for conference tourney position:
***   AMCC D'Youville H  (8 - 7) (10 - 12)       vs Medaille A  (9 - 6) (11 - 11)
***   CUNYAC Brooklyn H  (8 - 6) (13 - 10)       vs John Jay A  (8 - 6) (14 - 9)

and then the one that promises lots of points  PROMISES
***   SLIAC Eureka H  (7 - 8) (8 - 13)       vs Greenville A  (13 - 2) (16 - 6)        Eureka won't shy away from putting it up with Greenville.. GC should eclipse 150 in this one....

so if you read this, post with a "I read this", and I'll make it worth you while!!!  + for everyone!!!!!

You are among my favorite posters.  I always read your stuff right after the CCIW page.

Agreed ... while I post my own such list for games involving two Pool C candidates, this list is very helpful with finding the key games in below-radar conferences.
