Wheaton leads NCC 44-42 at the half. Cappelletti leading the way for the Cards with 19. Francis leading a balanced Thunder attack with 12, Peters with 10.

The refs are getting whistle happy.  Ugly.

With 3 seconds left in the first half, Augie take their first lead of the game.  Brady Rose's desperation shot at the buzzer was no good, so Augie up 39-37.  Titans led by as much as 13.

Mr. Ypsi

For IWU, Rose has 13, Bonnett 8, and O'Neill 5, with 5 rebounds.  For Augie, Ebel has 11, Orange has 5 assists, otherwise no individual stats stand out (which is WHY Augie is so damned hard to beat - EVERYONE contributes).

Never got a clear camera shot of the sideline, does Giovanine still have his jacket on?

Mr. Ypsi

This one is probably over.  Augie has opened an 18 point lead with ten minutes to go.

No jacket on Giovanine, but never saw when it went. ;)

All Wheaton in the first half down in Wooster. The Thunder lead Hanover 45-27 and Francis leads all scorers with 25 points and 6 rebounds. Hanover star Fails having a tough go so far with 6 points on 1-3 shooting but 4-4 from the line.

Mr. Ypsi

At the half, IWU 44, Lake Forest 42.  LFC is really good; their broadcast quality is not. :P

IWU down 17 at the half vs. WC, at The Shirk.  Ugly.

Hoping for a couple CCIW JV updates in this thread today!

iwu70

IWU over CC at the half 45-40.  Better.

Apparently a double tech was issued in the Augie-Carroll game to both head coaches.

If this is from anything other than Combs using Grey's jacket as a towel I'm going to be really disappointed.

Mr. Ypsi

At the half at Carver, IWU and Augie are gonna start over: it's 34-all.

IF IWU can win this one, the polls this week will be VERY interesting, with the two schools perhaps trading knock-out punches.  The Titan women were #22; they're probably down to ORV status now; at #23, the Viking men would probably be the same.

Mr. Ypsi

At the half, NCC 34, IWU 27.  Something you won't see often - despite playing 20 minutes, Connor Raridan has not scored!

C'mon Titans, defend The BeltTM!!

Mr. Ypsi

Potential upset alert!  At the half (IN B'town), NPU 32, IWU 26.

Mr. Ypsi

In Waukesha at the half, IWU 40, Carroll 36.  I recall when he first arrived, the consensus seemed to be that Alex O'Neill was a future All-CCIW player.  He has pretty much fallen out of the rotation (he played one minute in the first half).  Has he simply been beaten out by superior players, or is something else going on (Ron Rose's doghouse; lack of interest; ...)?
