Ask yourself Mr Y, how does mother nature hold up her pants?  If you answer belt, you really have all the answers.

Nah, she uses suspenders. ;D

Busty women don't wear suspenders, Chuck. It makes them look like walking banjos.

St. Joseph's retains The BeltTM 70-63 over Suffolk.  Busy week with Anna Maria at St. Joseph's on Tuesday, possible BeltTM games on Thurday and Saturday.

Wait, is Anna Maria one of the busty women Sager was talking about? I'm so confused.

And how does Sager know Mother Nature is busty? That guy is more connected than I ever imagined.

The first and still most accurate description of the D3 Championship BeltTM thread.

The Belttm stays in Maine! St. Joe's wins again and plays at Mt. Ida tomorrow night. Should be another win, but then, they play at lasell on Saturday. Will be a tough one.

St. Joseph's 78 Anna Maria 66

No word on if the halftime entertainment was banjo playing but that would have been incredible.

Assuming snowmaggedon VII doesn't strike the Northeast tomorrow night, Mt. Ida will finally get their shot at The BeltTM

Mt. Ida Mustang

We've reached the point where the belttm is assured of making its way into the consolation tournament called the NCAA Championship.  Mt. Ida would have to beat St. Joseph's and then retain the belttm by beating not just Johnson but Wales also.  Those two wins would cause them to make the 8 team GNAC field........because Emmanuel is not beating Albertus Magnus this weekend.

sac

St. Joseph's beat Mt. Ida like a rented Mustang 87-56 tonight and will  take the beltTM with them when they travel to the Lasel Lasers on Saturday.  Last regular season contest before we hit the post-season.  Both teams have made the GNAC Tournament so the BeltTM will find its way into someone's worthy hands in Salem Va.

They have a pretty elaborate(and plausible) explanation for why they are the Lasel Lasers.

What a fun ride the Belttm has had in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference.. As it will visit the greater Boston area, Maine, and possibly New Haven over the next week..

Then off to the NCAAs!

The Lasers take down the Monks.  The Belt must have tired of the great white north and decided to stick around Lasell for the weekend.

It makes me smile to know Lasel Sr. Rob Roy got a chance to hold the beltTm........also thirsty.  If only I could think of something to quench my thirst.

I hope there is video of him out there handing it off to teammate Logan Liberty and Logan is holding the "light of knowledge".

Now that our friends from Newton have been elevated to the exalted heights of BeltTM-holders, it's time we learned to spell their name. It's Lasell.

The BeltTM doesn't degrade itself worrying about trivial things like spelling.

The BeltTM has been known to change spellings to suit It's TM whims.
