I think the Lake Erie men have won 26 straight home games.

Alvernia has a 24 game home win streak.

That is only in the PAC....  What about next year?  If they continue to win or lose at home in the MAC it will be a different story unless you group all the wins together despite the quality of the conference.

The Mississippi College men have now won 28 straight games in the "Golden Dome". Their only loss in their last 47 home games was an 84-82 overtime loss to Wesley College (MS) to open last season.

The Howard Payne women current streak is at 37 consecutive wins in the Brownwood Coliseum. They currently have the longest overall win streak in the nation at any collegiate level. The home might be the longest active as well be I would need to do some research to confirm.

Western Connecticut women are at 30 straight dating back to a loss to Eastern Connecticut state February 10, 2009.

"...The win extended Christopher Newport's home winning streak to 39 straight games, the third longest active streak in Division III..."

From the wrapup article following CNU's last home game last season hosting the NCAA first round.

Amherst's home win streak stands at 49 according to article from Babson win from last March.

Stevens Point has a 17 game winning streak going... doesn't touch Amherst's though, that's darn impressive.

Is there any site that lists the longest home court winning streaks (men or women) in division 3??  The Western Connecticut women haven't lost at home since February of 2009 and was wondering where that ranked in terms of active home court winning streaks.  Based on the archives it looks like the streak is at 31 going into tomorrow night's game against Mount St. Mary.  Obviously not as high as Amherst's 49, but I'd have to guess 31 straight is good enough for top 5 or top 10.

As far as I know, there isn't a site that lists home court winning streaks.  I think it would be this one if one existed!

There may have been one at one time here... but it's a pretty work-intensive proposition.  This board is a place for people to talk about their teams... but even then, how often should somebody post?  After each and every game?  Only at the beginning/end of the season?  Only when the streak is broken?

That would be incredibly hard for someone to keep track of in and of themselves... if all teams played on Wednesdays and Saturdays, it might be easier... but teams play every day of the week and the list would theoretically change on a daily basis.

Looks like the Western Connecticut's women's streak is over.  They suffered a tough loss at the buzzer last night to Mount St. Mary, 60-58.

The first place that I would look would be WashUStL run of national championships in early 2000 era.

The Bears went 43-0 from 1997-98 to 2000-01 with 9-2 in 1996-97 and 13-1 in 2001-02.

The Bears went 14-0 in 2002-03.

They won the first 13 in 01-02... UWSP's women went to Wash U and beat the Bears on the way to the National Championship.

UWSP's man, fwiw, have a 24 game home winning streak on the line tonight as they host Oshkosh.
