Do you know if CW pays coaches that well?

On another note, Heidelberg is coming to Alliance next Friday..... Anyone know how to get some extra tickets???😁

CWRU is one of the top ranked schools in the state and has some national prestige, wouldn't be surprised if they paid better.

As a matter of fact they have the best paid faculty in the state, even beating tOSU https://data.chronicle.com/category/state/Ohio/faculty-salaries/

A friend of mine who works in college administration said CWRU does pay more.

Hmmm. Well that stinks and I hope they can get a quality wrestling coach to keep the program doing well. I heard this past weekend that the new trustees/admin are putting high pressure on winning sports or they can't stay.

Why is the championship game being played in Alliance? Heidelberg has a better record plus the game day atmosphere is much better at The Berg.

Like last week, this game probably goes down to the wire. I expect Heidelberg to put up a lot of points, but it's going to come down to their defense. Hopefully the Berg D can cause some turnovers and make some big stops.

Agree, the board is and has been quiet. I for one, have not posted either. My guess is the the Raider- Berg game will be
high scoring. I do think the Raider defense came alive against Marietta, so that will be the difference on Friday. The
prior three games for the Raiders have been low turnovers, so IMHO that will not be the deciding factor. The Berg running
will push the Raiders.

The question for all the OAC is, how many of those players who could be eligible will return in the fall? ::)

Private School tuition isn't cheap for an extra semester.  The Raiders have three true freshmen starting on the OL, did some of the upper-class returners take the semester off planning to finish next fall?

This is the kind of post where I miss Purple Suit being around.  Just sitting there on a tee for him.
