nobody has chimed in on the south...here's my best shot.  I am partial as one of my players is named FYI:

Kenny Moreland, Christopher Newport
Chase Townsend , Mary Washington
Wade Keenan, Villa Julie
Ryan Bennick, Salisbury
Ahmed Shelton, Averett
Robert Flanagan, Rhodes
Andy Holt, Rhodes

We'll play CNU, UMW 3 times, Salisbury 3 times, I'll let you know who's better after that! We don't play Averett or Rhodes...

I do not know who the new coach is at Gallaudet, I got a phone call from the AD about scheduling and he informed me that their current coach is no longer there?

As for the 3 game sets, that is true...we will play 1 game on Wed, and 2 on Saturday (7,9)...that gives us 18 conference games, then the tournament which is double elimination...not entirely sure what we are doing with the 7 seed yet...either play in or 6 teams make it, I'm honestly not sure!

There is nothing official, but I would think preseason would come up something like this:

Salisbury
York
Mary Washington
Villa Julie
Wesley
St. Mary's
Gallaudet

Gallaudet just changed coaches, Salisbury lost starters at CF Kraus, RF Jenson, 3B Vitale, C Peterson, 2 starting pitchers Brainer, Oleynick, I also heard that  P Cambell transfered, and DH/2B Wessels transfered , but I'm sure they will reload, York lost their #1 on the mound Brower, Young at SS, Bednarzcyk at 3B. UMW lost Sr SS Fitzgerald, P Diamond, 3B Anderson, P Wilkens. Villa Julie lost P #3 Pitcher Sanders, and OF Moran (academics), Wesley, St. Mary's and Gallaudet I'm not as familiar with

Just an update to the CAC:

Catholic has left the CAC
Villa Julie College and Wesley College has joined the CAC

bringing total baseball to 7 teams, AQ is not available for I believe 2 years (someone may want to check on that) and there might be other changes before then anyway...who knows?

Again, this is my understanding of the information from what I have heard from other coach's and posts:

Guy will be keeping the GA's around, and will be giving them a chance to stay on board with the program.  Again he is a good guy and wouldn't pull the rug out from anyone.  As for Main, I had orginally heard from a friend of his that he was going to Chesapeake CC, but I just learned from a very reliable source he is at Barry U, upon looking at their website he is there as a newcomer.

I don't know much about their recruiting class, what's in tact and what moved on.  I can say we are fairly close and I haven't heard of anyone looking to move from there.  So my guess is they will be keeping their class intact, and returning most of their team.  Anytime you lose a coach and a top 3 pitcher, there is going to be some concern, but they are still probably on top or close in the AMCC.  We'll see!! Season starts in T minus 5 months for opening day (ish).

Guy is a quality coach with a quality background and should be able to continue the success at Frostburg that was created previously.  They are also not cutting back on the program that I know of.  They have 2 GA's, and looking to hire an assistant, I believe part-time.  Aaron Main, their ace from last season has transfered to a JUCO, but at last report he injured himself over the summer.

Coach McKnight is gone, but I never heard anything about cutting back the baseball program?
