Where was Ballard before he transfer to Mount Union? And how many years of eligibility did he still have?

He is actually #6 on Wilmington single season passing TD's with 22. I looked that one up.

He had three years.  He started at Mount Union from 1991-1993

Wasn't Matt LaVerde a QB somewhere else and became one heck of a LB for Mount?  Played/won in the 2000 Stagg.

Found some old stuff on the Internet that said he was at Penn State before coming to Mount Union.
