Former Greendale High School star QB Josh Ringelberg has transferred from Iowa State where he was a walk-on, and plans to enroll at UW-Whitewater.

I wish they'd stop tackling our future starting QB in the end zone.
I certainly like his HUDL videos

Looks like he left his mark in the WI high school football record book too:
-2nd player ever to rack up 10,000 yards in total offense.
-His 90 career passing TDs was the 2nd most ever in the state.

I'm guessing his 5'11" high school frame prevented him from getting any D1 scholarship offers?

Looks like UWW will have some very good young talent at QB.

I should have pasted a link or two of his films. He looks to be a gifted runner as well as passer. I was joking because I saw several plays where he is getting tackled while in the endzone.

What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

Wow, 6 home games, but as soon as non-conference is over, straight to Platteville and then Oshkosh comes to the Perk.  Challenging.

Good luck to Josh Whitman another person with WIAC ties makes good.  After reading the article it sounds like he was not their first choice and that he is inheritng a mess.

Congrats to Josh!  I knew he was an incredibly impressive person when he was at UWL, but didn't necessarily think he would get the Illinois job so quickly.  Their athletic department is indeed a mess but I think he's a great choice to lead them out of it.  He had a huge impact on UWL - hope he can do the same for the Illini.
