I think when a Scorgami is achieved you should announce it on Twitter with the appropriate gif or meme!

Not quite a scorigami... UW-La Crosse beating Albion 58-23 was the 2nd such score... but you have to go back to Nov 7 1998 when Austin beat Sul Ross St.
More heartbreaking, if either/both teams scored 1 fewer point (58-22, 57-23, and 57-22) it would have been scorigami. Same if Adrian got 7 more for 58-30 or UWL with a FG for 61-23

Wheaton beat Aurora 63-31... the 3rd such score. Last time was Week 1 2018 when Johns Hopkins beat Randolph-Macon.

Central beats Bethel 61-35 which is the 5th time.

Wheaton beats Aurora 63-31 which is the 3rd occurrence.

46-45. Ouch. An old memory from the 1980 Holiday Bowl, back when I followed SMU. Jim McMahon and BYU 46, SMU with the Pony Express Eric Dickerson and Craig James 45.

BYU remembers that as the Miracle Bowl.

No scorigami in the playoffs this year but the Stagg Bowl was close with it being just the 2nd 57-24 game. Whitworth beat Willamette in week 11 2017 by the same score.

I know that it isn't D3, but while watching the Bills-Panthers game yesterday the announcers noted that the halftime score of 17-8 was the first time that had occurred (as a halftime score) in NFL history.

First weekend of the season and the scorigami party is in full swing. Could we reach 2000 before the season ends? There were 1972 different scores in more than 2 decades before this year.

There were a couple rare scores; Howard Payne beating Texas Lutheran 59-45 was the 2nd occurrence and Del Val beating Westminster 22-8 was the 3rd time.
But most importantly we had 2 scorigami to open the season ;D

I would love to see your database!

What scores are still open below the the point where a loser has never scored more?

So, we are up to 1974 unique scores?

I am thinking of the Appalachian St / UNC-Chapel Hill game where the loser scored 61. Has there been a loser to score more than 61?

According to the NCAA in D3: the highest total points scored by the losing team in a  game is 70.  Final score:  in 2007 in 4OTs:  Hartwick 72, Utica 70.  Then, in 2008 the Hawks turned right around and in a regular (no overtime) game lost to Brockport 70-68.  These are both DIII records for overtime and regular games.  What are the odds?

Spreadsheet and chart
First page has a nice chart, second page has all the scores, third page shows win percentage based on a team's score. (Score at least 23 points and you have historically over a 50% chance to win, Score 22 or fewer and you have under a 50% chance)

The 72-70 game between Hartwick and Utica is the highest losing score in D3.
Brockport beating Hartwick in an ECAC Bowl in 2008 was 70-68 and I can find no indication it was an OT game so I believe 68 to be the most points to lose in regulation
The highest combined score involving a D3 team was the 91-61 game between Davidson and Guilford in 2018 which saw 152 points with no OT. More than 1600 combined yards.
The highest combined score with two D3 teams and no OT was 140 points when FDU-Florham beat Alvernia in 2019 by a score of 84-56
At the other end there have been 18 games to finish 3-0, the most recent was week 11 last year when Manchester beat Anderson 3-0 for the Bronze Ball
