2011-2012 Score Update's
« on: November 04, 2011, 10:31:58 pm »
To kick the thread off we have a bit of a shocker from Plattsburgh as the Neumann Knights end up tying the Cardinals 5-5.

The Knights stormed out to a 5-1 lead but the Cardinals got 4 goals in the 3rd to come back and knot it up. Nice tie for Neumann, tomorrow's game will tell a lot about both teams.

Norwich outscores the bottom of the ECAC East 24-0.  There's a lot of talent there.  The tough thing is going to be getting through the "snoozer" games without losing focus or getting a bit of an attitude.  They have to keep thinking back to RIT.

Final:  SNC 3,   Concordia 1.

That's a nice win for SNC.  Seem to have been a bit up and down this season, but certainly have a few wins over some solid opponents.  I haven't talked to the CUW coach yet, but knew him in school.  Interesting factoid:  He was involved with the UWSP women's club team as an assistant, then in the early varsity years as the same.  Then, I believe, followed Lesteberg to SCSU as an assistant as is now at CUW.
