Former starting/backup TE Koscielski is now wearing 78 and listed as the #2 RT.  He's not a "normal" Mount TE who is more like a slightly larger WR.  He's 6'4", 240.

Perfect for that tackle eligible double throwback 2 point play I've seen them working on the last 6 weeks.

Are you sure you weren't watching the Tommies? Sounds like play they like to run to put an exclamation point on their 11th touchdown of the day.

Shhhhh.  From what I heard that play is also the reason they convinced Ernie Burkes to transfer back.  They needed his QB/WR flexibility to perfect it.

Nah. That's the one where the 3rd string backup OG comes in at RB and pounds it in. Get your facts straight.

If they successfully ran this play in Belton, then we would be seeing a new entry into the Crusader QB derby.

How's that old saying go?
If you have 2 QBs you have none BUT if you have 3 or 4 let the rest of us borrow at least one.

Please.

Mount Union was handing out quarterbacks all over the place last offseason. Were you not on the distribution list?

When Poorman said God led him to UMHB, I didnít realize he was talking about LK.

Sometimes I get the feeling that UST is not tops on the list of Mount Union giveaways. But hey, we've got God too! He brings us All-american seminarian running backs though, not QBs

W & J is a great opener for JCU.  I think they are one of the weaker conference champions, year in and year out.  An opening win against them, then they go on to win their conference would be a good positive, even if you lose to MUC.  If you lose to them and Mount, you may go 8-2 but both losses to conference champs who qualify for playoffs.

Regarding Defiance, the Raiders helped them open their new stadium a few years ago. (A useless bit of trivia...I have a million of them)

Some OAC coverage from the Cleveland media:

Thanks, E.115

I enjoyed seeing that since I don't normally get the Plain Dealer. Pretty good area for quality football. 😃🏈

Since as you say you get mixed up, wanted to clarify that this report didn't come from the PD.

I was just saying that I don't normally get the PD. I also don't get the Youngstown Vindicator, the Akron Beacon Journal or the San Francisco Chronicle. There are a few others I also don't get. I think you must have misunderstood my post.

This line isn't working, is it? OK, I screwed up. But I'm old I...........! Oh, see below. Thanks anyway!
