Can't believe it took this long to post about the Finals! Congrats to Mount Union on winning the National Chapionship, beating out UWL for the title.
http://athletics.mountunion.edu/sports/mtrack/2013-14/releases/20140524vv289u

Most outstanding performances of the meet would have to go to Salisbury sophomore Luke Campbell. He defended his title in the 110 hurdles with a time of 13.82 and won the 400 hurdles with a time of 50.36!!! Augustana's David Voland placed 2nd with a time of 50.88!! With two years of eligibility left Campbell could end up breaking the record set by Edwin Moses in 1977 of 49.45.

Here's his interview after winning the double:

Interesting finish to the men's and women's track finals: Both the men's and women's teams from Lacrosse won National Championships and both teams from Eau-Claire placed 2nd. On the men's side, Whitewater placed third.

Before the start of the 2016 Track and Field season North Central always holds the annual alumni meet. This year they also celebrated Al Carius on his 50th (yes 50th) year coaching the men's cross country and track teams. Amazing!!  :D :D :D :D

Congrats to North Central's Luke Winder who, this school year, not only won the D3 national pole vault title both indoors and outdoors, but was also named Division III National Field Athlete of the Year for 2016 by the USTFCCCA. 🎖
You don't always have to win every game. You just have to win the right ones. 😏 (AndOne)

You gotta lose to know how to win. 🏆 (Aerosmith)

I've spent a lot of time on the boards and a little on the soccer boards but this is my inaugural visit to this board.  Do any of the frequenters here have any idea when and where we could find the schedule for the women's Nationals for this year at Mt. Union?  I have a rooting interest this year.  ;D
