Introducing the first ever College Basketball Tournament in Barbados. We've been working hard with our partners in Barbados to make this tournament a reality. They are finishing up a $19 million renovation of the only gym on the island that has been under construction for a few years. It's a great facility that seats a few thousands and perfect for a holiday D3 showcase event!

We tentatively plan to do this event Dec 27-30, 2018. However, if we have teams more interested in a Thanksgiving trip we are open to that as well.  We also realize that 2018 may be too soon to plan for some teams (and us), so our sights are set on 2019 right now as well.

WHY BARBADOS? - Barbados is our favorite Caribbean location and it's perfect for a D3 Tournament. The flights are cheap and we have some low cost housing options that can make this foreign tour a reality for teams with a limited budget. It also has so much to do, including an ocean side welcome party, catamaran cruise, jeep safari, rum factory tour, and dinner show. Plus, the Bajan's love hoops and are very excited about hosting D3's best teams. Taking a trip like this will be advantageous to you in recruiting as well as a team-bonding experience that will help your team down the stretch of your season.

If you want to talk more about this, please contact me (Tim Ryerson, 984-225-1040 or tim@studentathleteworld.com). I'll be happy to put together some quotes and see if we can make this a reality for you. Please check out the link below for more info. I look forward to hearing from you.
