I was very happy to see that Sr WR/RET Kobe Praylow racked up the postseason awards. He cleaned up in the USAC. Was a d3football.com second team all region WR. Then he received nods for second team all-american AP player in both AFCA as well as the AP. From what I understand he is also a very good human so I am happy for him. He also now owns conference records for all time kickoff returns and kick off return yardage. He will be missed. Fortunately the Monarch will be returning a QB who will also be re-writing the conference record books. As it stands now here is what he needs to accomplish this season to own almost all of the statistical records:
He currently has 8,859 passing yards. Needs 372 to tie the all-time mark. He should pass that mark by the second game and will be on pace to shatter the record by over 2K yards.
He currently has 1,202 passing attempts. He needs 154 to tie the all-time mark. He should pass that mark by the fifth game and will be on pace to break the record by 200 attempts.
He currently has 725 passing completions. He needs 62 to tie the all-time mark. He should pass that mark by the third game and will be on pace to break the record by 150 completions
He currently has 68 passing TDs. He needs 13 to tie the mark. He should pass that mark by the seventh game and will be on pace to break the record by 7 TDs.
Here is hoping that there is a solid supporting cast around him. I know that the return of the SR RB Keyshaun will be a big help but there will be opportunities for some of the 102 balls that the WR above caught last season that someone else will need to catch now.
