Good luck to Nebraska Wesleyan.  It should be a good experience for the student-athletes.  How will Nebraska Wesleyan be this year?

Nebraska Wesleyan played the University of Nebraska to a 30-30 halftime tie at the Bob Devaney Sports Center on Friday night. However, the Huskers took control in the second half and won 70-50 in the first varsity menís basketball meeting between the two schools since 1923. The Prairie Wolves were led by sophomore Ryan Thramer, who had a double-double, with 14 points and 10 rebounds

Well, I guess you could call it tanking.  I am very suprised that they lost.  No way do they deserve a bid

Hater, thanks for the post.  Seven in-region games.

That may not give a very strong OWP/OOWP.

When are they playing Dallas other than the year end tourney?

It's that time of the year again!!!

Any updates on any D3 West Indy's out there and how they might fare this year? C'mon people, rep your team! The independents have to stick together. I know Chapman opens the season at Claermont tonight. Lets hear from someone from these other schools:

La Sierra( Those games count now I think)
UC Santa Cruz
Neb. Weslyan
Dallas

UDallas has affiliated with the North Eastern Athletic Conference for at least the next two years.

They will compete in the conference tourney for the basketball AQ.

The men's soccer team won the NEAC AQ.

Chapman, La Sierra. NWU and Santa Cruz will compete in the Indy Tourney this year.
La Sierra lost to Oxy in a close game and Chapman defeated Claremont and LaVerne
in its two mgames. La Sierra looks to be competative this year.
