#1 seed Millsaps went 2 and BBQ, too.

SCAC tourney finals tomorrow.  Trinity TX must sweep 2 from Hendrix for the SCAC Pool A.

Hendrix defeated Trinity.

#4 seed MIT must defeat #2 seed Babson twice to earn the NEWMAC Pool A bid.

http://www.newmacsports.com/sports/bsb/championships/index

#1 seed WPI went 1-2; #2 seed Wheaton MA went 1-2 in the tourney.

Double elimination tourneys just wreak havoc with Pool C chances!

Babson
6, MIT 3 Final.

The Pool C hopefuls are going to face some serious realities when the bids come out. With so many #1 getting knocked out of conference tourneys many of these hopefuls will be left home come Selection Sunday.
Baseball is not a game that builds character, it is a game that reveals it.

The NWC automatic bid goes to......either George Fox or Pacific Lutheran

A playoff game is to be played on the Saturday following the regular
season, according to NWC guidelines, but that is George Fox's graduation
day, so a date is still to be determined.  There is also some question
regarding the NCAA's 19-week playing window for Division III baseball,
since George Fox has completed its 19-week fall and spring allotted
time.  A determination about the playoff game may be made early in the
week by conference and NCAA officials.

The better link for the NATHCON would be this one:

www.EdgewoodCollegeEagles.com/nacbaseball

That will be the one with Live Audio and Live Stats and will be updated on site.

JOHNS HOPKINS BASEBALL WINS CENTENNIAL CONFERENCE!!

Perhaps unfair as it is, the final day was rained out back-to-back days and rule says top seed left is the winner......Hopkins.

Franklin and Marshall did have to beat Hopkins twice today.....tall task.

Looks like the Blue Jays are back in the tournament. Heavy hitting and a good 1-2 starting pitching punch will hopefully challenge for the Mid-Atlantic
