If you hadn't heard, I took over the Around the Nation column for D3hoops.com this year - the first one went up last night.

We are hoping to leave the team feature stories to the various Around the Region writers and cover topics that are more general to d3 (across regions and gender).  I'm hoping to get feedback on the columns here, talk about possible topics, debate, whatever.

Thanks for the ETBU mention. For Coach Bert West, the road trips for Waskom (TX) High School will not be nearly as taxing as those to Alpine TX or Clarksville AR.
