Medgar Evers College is seeking three (3) teams for its annual Betty Shabazz Thanksgiving Tournament for the 2026-2027 season. The dates of the tournament are Saturday, November 28 and Sunday, November 29.  If interested, please contact assistant women's basketball coach Jenifer Jules at jjules@mec.cuny.edu.

A championship trophy, as well as five All-Tournament team plaques will be awarded following the weekend's action. All institutions will be provided with a meal on day one of the tournament.

Denison Women's Basketball (Granville, Ohio - about 20mi east of Columbus) is looking for teams to join our third annual Sara Lee Classic November 14th-15th, 2026.

The weekend will include:
- 2 games (Tournament or Classic Style depending on conference membership)
- All-Tournament/Classic team
- T-shirts
- 2 post game meals
- Arranged discounted hotel room block to be paid for by participating teams (about 15min closer to Columbus)
- All games filmed and uploaded to Synergy
