This is probably the best recruiting class(2025) i have seen coming into the UofS in 40 years plus. With that said and Coach Obriens returning players it should be another great year for the Lady Royals. The caliber of players coming in could be a starting 4 or 5 on any other team! Keep it up would be nice to get a 6 ft 3 player like Ashley Sofilkanich from Bucknell. Transfer portal i guess is the new way. They said 1400 men have already entered the portal, Wow that is alot.Carl will pick up zero lol.

So I found my answer through NYU Natalie Bruns statement. I think alot of teams can come out and give us a punch, but with the way we've trained and the amount of time we've given to this great program to where it is ,it's hard to keep up with us for 40 minutes.Perfect statement 👍

Wow Smith wins a close one 49-47 repeat of last years Finals NYU vs Smith. How does this Coach get it done? She loses players and still makes it back to back and we can not get out of the Elite Eight.Whhhhhhhyyyyyyyy?

41-20 NYU watching it on ESPN+.Just watching NYU just taking it to Stout and pressure defense.Biggest difference NYU has the bench to do it. Like I said speed helps and everyone of those kids are not sucking air and not losing players.Another thing Stout 0-7 from 3s.

March 18, 2025, 08:10:08 PMQuote from: NEPAFAN on March 18, 2025, 01:03:23 PMYeah why would the school move a spring break for one hypothetical basketball game? It isn't like the students show up for the majority of games. They did it last year Spring Break started March 8th.Should be no Spring Break during the tournament.I have my reasons why.

March 18, 2025, 12:20:03 PMQuote from: Pat Coleman on March 18, 2025, 10:34:24 AMWhile an interesting idea, I don't think you'd get a lot of coaches eager to hamper their own season in order to possibly be present for a hypothetical Elite 8 game.I agree.Best thing to do is move spring break up to the last week of February!!!
I think it's much more likely to get spring break adjusted so that it falls on a different week.

March 16, 2025, 11:44:44 PMQuote from: ronk on March 16, 2025, 08:11:59 PMYes, Stout was relentless, won the offensive rebounds 12-7(some of them on own missed FTs when Scranton had inside position), 2nd chance points 16-11, and fast break points 16-0. I don't think Scranton played anyone else this season with a similar style. Still, Scranton had their opportunities to win.
It was a outstanding sectional with 3 close games and a worthy Final 4 competitor. I give Stout a good chance against NYU. I see NYU this season as less than their championship team of last year, w/o their 2 outstanding grad transfers(Morrison and Bauman).
Quote from: Pat Coleman on March 16, 2025, 07:37:36 PMHaving been at Stout's second round game vs. Whitman, those players are relentless.Never once went to a zone.
