Mount's passing defense definitely going to be tested today. Not liking how much time they are giving JHUs QB so far.

Instead of going for it from the opponents 44 on 4th and 1 we give it back to them at the 30... ughhh I hate punting.

This game is really reminding me of some of the old Wesley playoff battles. Big physical defense from the East region, even the same color scheme as Wesley.

Nice 1/2 of the 2nd quarter and on for Mount.

Plunk was "ok" but seemed somewhat inconsistent.  Missed many open Mount receivers but in the end got the job done.  Mount's running game seemed to be either a big gainer or -2.  Poor #18 for JHU that they kept putting on an island with Ruby.  It was a brutal day for him.  JHU's QB & #6 the receiver were exceptional.  I did not see much of blown coverage out of Mount but that QB just put the ball on the money.

Not sure Mount is ready for the big lights of good ole Canton, OH (or Naperville for that matter) but it will be fun to see.

Those sub 15 yard punts really changed the complexion of the first half and let JHU hang around for a bit.

I thought the defense played very well despite the field position JHU was getting.  It was frustrating watching the offense go away from things that have been successful this year...WR screens out wide, WR drag route across the middle,  Plunk staring down Ruby...I will say that the offense made adjustments at half time to change the momentum for sure...Muhlenberg will have a great defense to adapt to.

the defense holding JHU to 13 points when nearly every drive of the first half started inside Mount territory was the game.  if JHU puts in a couple of TD's instead of FG....
