Unofficially it seems the Beatles and Maroon 5 have taken the most negativity,  with Louis Armstrong getting some below the belt, after the whistle shots from MUC57.  ::)  ;D

Generally I agree with alot that has been posted on these bands/singers.

Rochester may be the first UAA team to post a full schedule:

I find it interesting to see when the anticipated front runners will play and here is what we know so far.

Rochester gets an early advantage in playing host to Emory, then Chicago and Washington University on the following Friday and Sunday.  They will then host Brandeis on the Sunday before the turn in the schedule.

Fontbonne is co-founding a sprint football league.

I might have posted this in the Football forums, but this is not D3 football.  Instead, they are starting a new league.

According to the release, players must weigh less than 178 pounds prior to every game which may well rule out games against Westminster and such.

The release suggests that sprint football is popular elsewhere in the country.

There was a Minneapolis band in the 90s whose lead singer would play an AC/DC song - guitar and drums - while smoking. Made me laugh every time.

I will see what I can find out - if anything! - about whether Amherst had current players involved in the basketball interview process.   As discussed previously, Amherst lacrosse players requested and were granted the right to interview the four finalists for the head coach position.   Suffice to say ... their opinions were summarily and entirely dismissed.  IMHO ... I do not believe that current players should have any part of a coaching interview process in any sport.  Not enough perspective.   But at Amherst the then-students were the reason that the mascot was changed so maybe they look at things differently.

Looks like Faulstick should have listened to his lacrosse players before hiring Rashad Devoe.
