Last post by HSCTiger74 - Today at 07:46:13 PM This has been an interesting discussion, and I understand the frustration, but without knowing the details of every D3 conference isn't it safe to say that most of them have their own Hilbert who will drag down their NPI.

I sense the bracket creators gave that as an offering with the downside of playing the #2 team in the NPI, Wartburg, the following week. I'm hoping that Wheaton on a good day, healing up from some injuries, can compete with the Knights!
Tough road for Wheaton. One game at a time.

Yep. Can't even look past Crown
Wheaton will obliterate Crown. Hamline's lone win on the season was 28-21 over Crown. Their line play is atrocious and their QB's stats are inflated by the UMAC. It will be a blood bath. If it's within 35 points Wheaton is in for a world of hurt against Wartburg.

Last post by hazzben - Today at 07:31:22 PMGreat chance for the MIAC to show how we stack up. There are some really fun matchups in this bracket.
@Usee, no one is looking past NCC. The quad has been called "pain." Another acknowledges NCC looks like the clear team to beat. A one poster says Mount looks like a decent matchup, if we can even manage to get there. You're working really hard to find disrespect for NCC on this board. Go back and read how people interpreted the JHU fallout and then jumping UWRF. No one wants to be in NCC's quad or having to go through Mount in the Semi's (if we get there). But we can still acknowledge how we think we'd pair with teams at each stage.
Yes NPI is broken and NCC is a joke as the lowest 1 seed. But so is Bethel as a 2 seed. It's a disservice to both to have them as the 4th and 5th overall seeds and matching up this early.
