Wow was looking and remembering after last night this 2017 D3 semifinal was loaded. https://www.wissports.net/game/show/17139530?subseason=328651&referrer=2767388

Vander Plas, Muench, and Plamann in that game. Plamann averaged 21 that year, Muench 23, and Vander Plas 19.5.

Xavier beat Ripon in the semifinals and won the title to complete the undefeated season.

Pewaukee 60 G, AJ Hintz has committed to La Crosse.  Hintz had a fantastic state tournament this past season playing for a loaded Pewaukee squad.

Onalaska PG, Sam Kick, has committed to nearby La Crosse.  I expect Kick to be a multi year starter for Coach Dern.

Just got my invite for Platteville's Senior Recognition Night and it didn't list Alex Raney, Quentin Shields or Justin Stoval as graduating Seniors don't know if they are opting to play one more year?

Thanks for a great interview Titan Q. Not sure how anyone wouldn't get a good scout on senior Khalifa El-Amin in 2009. He was a stud point guard and a terrific shooter and ball handler for Point. He had the second most threes for Point that year!

That nonconference schedule Lewis ran through for 21-22 is tough. Major props for getting some of the highest competition within a drive in the region. (If my count is correct, he named all 11 games, assuming two games at IWU tournament.) Their SOS is going to be through the roof.

Looks like Flory from UWSP is in the Transfer Portal

I was definitely worried this could happen, I imagine he would get a lot of looks from D2 and low major D1 schools with the stats he put up during the abbreviated season.  UWSP was in rough shape with Flory but this looks brutal now.

Illinois Valley Central 6'3" G, Mac Parmelee, has signed to play at UW-Platteville.  From doing a little background on him, I think this is a significant recruiting win for Platteville.  La Crosse and Platteville are lapping the rest of the WIAC so far this recruiting year, long ways to go but they have to be happy where they are at.
