I know some teams are currently training, but not aware of any scrimmages.  The OAC has a spring schedule published.  For example, here's Ohio Northern's, which includes dates and times for home games...

Many schools and conferences are shutting down even practices and such because the health guidelines for anything official are daunting and the guidelines some places have for even unofficial things are just as challenging.

Been seeing a lot of small group (max 12 players at field and players in groups of 3, for example).  Then plans to allow for more if there is not an outbreak.
