LOL.  Debatable, though.

Quote from: Mister36 on Yesterday at 02:32:46 PMI think based on many factors (Scoring, defense, etc) you could say this is the best BU team ever.

Yeah, you could also make the case that the MIAC is WEAK this year, which I definitely think it is.

Hazz, you have gone from "I'm not really sure how the Royals will do this year" to "Best Royals team ever" rather quickly.  ;D

Yuck.  It'll be comfortable in the Minnetonka HS gym, where I will be.

Ok, Ramler is looking good for Chan.  I like him coming to SJU.

Quote from: faunch on November 22, 2025, 08:34:22 AMFanduel says NDSU is favored by 32.5 over U$T today. As much as I can't stand the Tommie$ and would love to see them get monkey stomped or double stomped I think they cover.

Changed your mind yet?

Sorry.  His team was playing in the Minnesota championship game last night.   He's really talented and can run the ball, unlike big bro.
He's only a junior, but I don't think he'll end up in D3.

Oh my goodness Jett Feeney is good.

Quote from: MapleBBQChicken on November 21, 2025, 12:59:06 PMFirst, does anyone have realistic hopes to win the conference in the future other than St. John's and Bethel?

Nope.

I thought I recall reading that the MIAC voted to do away with the moratorium on post-season bowl games.  I can't currently find anything to support that, but I don't know why I'd make it up. 😂

Despite the MWC being what it is, Monmouth demolished everyone except Wartburg, and the Johnnies are 0-1 against respectable teams.  I expect a slug fest, and the Johnnies will lose if they don't come out firing on all cylinders.

The MWC board hasn't had a post since Sept. 10.  I miss the golden days of Post Patterns where you could smack talk a Roush aficionado all week and then shotgun a few beers with him outside a Pace Arrow in Science Lot 2, all before Kevin McNamara set the NCAA record for most sacks in a game (7.5).

Quote from: hazzben on November 20, 2025, 10:10:26 AMI wonder if SJU would ever do a Spring trip to Italy to play Ramler's team.

My inkling is that the program is too frugal for that kind of trip.

I gave in on 11/1--was happy to make it to November, but it was getting chilly and I was nursing a level 4 Halloween hangover.
