At the football kickoff last week, Dan O'Brien (now permanent athletic director) told us that the clear bag policy was suggested by the Stearns County Sheriff's Office.

Think about the money you'll save driving 20 miles round trip instead of 80 to Northfield.

Is this basically a payday for Olaf, courtesy of Johnnie fans? Taking a page from the UST playbook? The ratio of SJU fans to Olaf fans will be bigger than if the game were actually played at Olaf.

I like the night game idea — I just wish it were in August or September instead of November.

Derek Stanley was a stud receiver.

Some studs on UWW's defense.  The ones I remember are A.J. Raebel and Ryan Kleppe. They really stood out to me in 2005.  No Stagg Bowl win but made the game.
