Same with F&M and Haverford

Looks like Gettysburg's 33 lived up to his rep today.  He had 5 fouls in 8 minutes of play against Ursinus.

Gettysburg deserved to win. The defense they played worked well against F&M. Gettysburg's number 33 plays a very dirty game under the basket, constantly pushing and shoving. He should have fouled out long before the altercation with F&M's number 1.
F&M should have a tough game against Hopkins on Saturday.

F&M drop 17 threes on McDaniel. Twelve in the first half.

Player of the Year--helps his team to win.
Trevor is a great player and fun to watch, but Kevin made his team better.  That helps one to win POTY.

I don't know what Trevor Wall needed to do to win POY recognition the past two years. Great young man and baller!
Probably have his team win the conference.

There should have been time left, but less than a second.  The refs called the half was over. The players had already left the court.

The half was over.  No return for any time left.

Sam Davidson made one of the most impossible shots at Swarthmore on Saturday. Unfortunately as they reviewed the shot to determine if the shot had gotten off in time just before halftime, the officials said his foot was out of bounds. The shot would have counted based on the time left on the clock.  The shot occurs at about 1:05 of the broadcast.

Swarthmore is certainly the dirtest playing team in the league.
It seems they try to hurt players.

Gabriel, I agree with your overview of the sport.  Skill and finesse are taking a backseat to brute play.  Trickle down from the pros.  It's taken years but D3 is definitely changing.  I quit watching professional basketball years ago.

What's the record for most games lost by one point in a season?
Parra is definitely missed.  Hopefully his return is coming soon

How many D3 colleges have graduate programs?  Does having a grad program give some colleges an advantage when it comes to retaining players in any sport?  For example a student who graduates from a college having no grad program, their career is done at that school.  However a student who graduates from a college with a grad problem can continue to play as a grad if they have an eligibility left.

Wow, how do you lose to E-town?

Swarthmore better watch out, if they keep winning too much the college will drop the sport like they did with football.   ;D
