Messages - Greek Tragedy

That does sound like a good time. My Greek wife does want to go back for our 20th, but that's a few years off. Not sure if I have the funds to do that NEXT year. I was working on the Texas trip to see the Dawgs play. That's a lot closer to my budget.

Quote from: ronk on July 20, 2025, 12:31:31 PMIf they played the 5 seed in the 1st game(as the 4 seed), then the next opponent should be the 1 seed.

I meant how they got a 4-seed. Seems pretty high for a team that has had little success in previous tournaments.

I wonder how seeding is determined. They actually had the 4 seed in their pod.

Platteville plays Wisconsin October 29.

I imagine Campbell probably talked to the coaching staff and knows what his role is and what he needs to do. I don't think he would just randomly pick NPU before doing his homework. If he didn't, that's not real smart.

Thank goodness.

Underwhelming? You obviously know the recruiting scene better than I do, but I thought picking up the 27th best player in the state (Daoust) and the Orr brothers, among other, was a pretty good class.

Losing Tyshawn was a big loss, especially to a conference rival. He showed flashes of being really good and I think there was at least one game he was the best player on the court. I think Whitewater is basically losing everyone and with Point adding the two Orr brothers, along with who we already have, may have influence Tyshawn's decision to transfer. Maybe he thinks he has a better chance of playing more and maybe starting than he does at Point. Who knows, maybe it is the NIL money.

So Oshkosh's schedule lists 3 weekend for the NCAA tournament with Fri/Sat the 1st two weekends and Thu/Sat for the "Final Four". Isn't the tournament format different with the Elite 8 and Final Four played at Fort Wayne and the Final played with the D2 Final and D1 Final Four this upcoming season?

Stout picked up a late recruit.

Tyrel Creger, 6'2" out of Valley City State University. 13.1 ppg, 4 rpg, 3.5 apg.

Newcomer of the year.

I think he has one year of eligibility left.

Also went to Citrus College
