Are you guys flippin kidding me... Blaming Williams spiral to the bottom of the NESCAC on Admissions??? Seriously??? It's freakin Williams!!! Their 2nd level recruits should Always be good enough to go 5-3 at the worst every year! The lower level teams in the NESCAC need admissions help to be able to compete, but not Williams.... They have simply been out coached and outplayed by the majority of the league since the change at the top. They lost to 2 of the Maine schools in the same year...... And tufts had them on the ropes..... Unacceptable at a school that should win a minimum of 5 games a year on a bad year. Williams has far superior talent this year than 3 of the teams they have lost to.... What do you blame that on??? Admissions??

Nescac 1, not sure what game you were watching but the Bates defense dominated the Amherst offense....the Q had no idea where he was going with the ball. Other than 2 runs the offense got nothing vs a very good Bates defense who forced forced....4 turnovers....give credit where credit is due!

I couldn't agree with both of you more, it is a shame that D-3 NESCAC players have to be cut when we play only 8 games no playoffs and there is plenty of money at these schools

Bates actually has over 75 players on their roster heading into pre-season and will most likely have to make some cuts.
