It's the Bunkster folks, so you know what that means: brace yourself for a hardcore truth bombing. My eph knowledge is endless and as I sit here only hours before the Ephs-AmWorst game I feel it's only right to impart some of that knowledge on you all.

Now, Chris Shalvoy is a good for 20+ pts and 5+ assists tonight. Why you ask? He's playing more confident than ever. He had a team-high 15 pts last night but the telling information is not in his stats. No, it's his game presence. He's beginning to understand that he's the best point guard (arguably the best player) on the floor ever night and that he can take over a game whenever he wants. Plus, he's dawning the Baron Davis beard these days and I think we all know what that means. He's officially reached beast status.

To the dismay of AmWorst fans, it only gets worse from there. This just in, Rose is poised to go OFF tonight on the Poor Jeffs. It was subtle but clear to a student of greatness like myself. Rose (who also dropped 15) found his stroke on two consecutive threes last night. He shot the ball aggressively and with a confidence--rather a cockiness-- that would make any AmWorst fan shudder. If Shalvoy's play builds the coffin for the Jeffs tonight, Rose's jumpers are going to nail it shut.

Foul trouble allowed Joe and Blake to get plenty of rest last night. expect big things early from them both. With the return of Troy (aka Dwight Howard), I give Williams' bigs the edge over Amherst's.  Solid play from Spider Snyder and Blake the "Blakerizer" Schultz = 1 big win for the Ephs.

In case you didn't know, you've been bunked!

Wow, lot of old ppl (that's short for people, oldtimers) on this board.  Well let the Bunkster bring you boys up to date. After playing an uncharacteristically poor game against AmWorst, the Ephs bounced back against Lasell. They only beat them by 10 pts. (points, keep up) but it wasn't about the score. It was about the first half statement.

After dunking the ball about 3 times in the last 4 years, the Ephs completed 4 monstrous jams in the FIRST HALF against an athletic Lasell team. 4 in the HALF!! All without the athletic phenom, Troy. That type of response is what the Ephs have been lacking for a while now. They've got a chip ladies and gentlemen (or should I say senior citizens), and that's a scary thing for the rest of the NESCAC. We'll see if they can keep that chip in Canada (or Maine if you want to get technical) this weekend. If they do, Trinity, Amherst weekend is going to be very interesting.

You've been Bunked!

Here is a hot plate of Williams truth for all you NESCAC fanatics. Served Cold. I just had a long talk with my source that is close with members of the team (he has even dropped in on some pickup games). He says that aside from the big guys, what stands out is how good Spider Snyder has looked. All I have to say is I told you so.

And as far as the Crotty article, I have a few thoughts.

1- That is awesome. He is and always will be an absolute barbaric warrior.

2- Ephs will take no prisoners. Uh oh!

3- Nobody should take shots at legends. Nobody cared if Michael Jordan gambled. Nobody said anything badly about it either. Let the man live his life.

Bunkley is back. Back to spit hot truth flames that make you rethink every post you have ever made. Back to regain the number one spot. I've been away for awhile, but I'm right back like I left something. I will preface my Eph knowledge by saying that nobody is above getting bunked. Nobody. However, there are some below it. I will never address the ignorance of Garrison Packer again.

Now, to the facts about the Ephs. The other day I was in the new Williams Student Center and was able to sit close enough to some players that I could overhear much of their conversation. It was Spider Snyder, Shalvoy, and Golia. They were talking about how good their post players look. Apparently, the young bigs have been developing. Which is very scary for the rest of NESCAC.

Garrison,

First, please do not ever respond to one of my posts
with a post of your own that has a smiley in it. Or a
winkie. Or anything that resembles a yellow circle
depicting a facial expression.

And second, please get some notches under your belt
(in terms of posting on this board) before you
question one of d3hoops true O.G.'s. I have put  my
blood, sweat, and tears into this. I do not deserve to
be questioned by a novice.

And finally, Spider Snyder will remain Kevin's
nickname for the simple fact that he spiders all over
the court. He spiders on offense. He spiders on
defense. He will spider all over you if you call him
'Kevin the Weapon.'

In conclusion, I think it is safe to say:

You've. Been. Bunked.

The Bunkster cant wait either, hoopjunkie. I'll tell you one thing- watch out for Spider Snyder from Willytown. He is my favorite Eph. Although I don't know if he could bench press my 3 year old niece, he does it all. I predict an all-conference type year. He'll be spidering all over the competition!

Now walk it out, Think about it, ahhhhh SNAP!!

This year's surprise team- Bowdoin.

Over and Out,

Hi All!

My name is William P. Bunkley and I am now your number 1 source for Williams Basketball information.

Lets start with Charlie Cates. This monster used the pre-warm-up lay-up line as his own Slam Dunk Competition. He assaulted the rim with such authority that it was a travesty he was not mentioned as a canidate for All-NESCAC All-Crazy Team. The lay-up line before warm-ups of the NESCAC Championship enabled Cates to showcase his entire arsenall. The game was really over before it started. But in seriousness, word out of the Williams camp is he had a great spring and is set to do work this year. Blake Schultz and Joe Gohegan apparently had good springs too.

Speaking of All-Crazy Team, where was Richard Martin?? Did any of you voters for All-Crazy Team actually watch warm-ups. The craziest lay-ups ever concocted.

Watch out for the EPHS.

Jake Weitzon for President!
