Looks like we're right back with the unsportsmanlike penalties. Coach Harmon should of benched JJ Davis right after the flag was thrown. It seems that the players feel comfortable with as many unsportsmanlike penalties that have been called on The Cru.

How much longer will the coaching staff allow the lack luster QB performance? The QB1 position needs to be opened up to ALL to see who can do a better job.

If The Cru ends up losing to East Texas Baptist the chances of seeing any post season appear to be pretty low.

Mediocre at best is very generous. It appears that the camera is stationary at around the 35 yard line and is low enough that several umbrellas manage to block the views from time to time.

A touchdown called back for holding, The Cru are shooting them selves in the foot again. UMHB is hanging in the game and have a chance to pull out a win if they are able to stop the sloppy play.

It was very noticeable when The Cru lost their grit and determination to make things happen. I know it's a problem at every level of football (the inability to tackle), but how is throwing themselves at the ball carrier without wrapping their arms around them going to work? There seemed to be too many discombobulated plays in all areas (offense, defense and special teams). The players have to skills to get the job done, but aren't giving 100%. We have speed with our WR's but Michaux is missing his receivers too often. The team needs to stop making all those mental mistakes and keep their heads with the business at hand.

"If you've made it this far... I miss the train horn, did a rule change preventing us from having it in the regular season? Also, wonder if the band got a warning during halftime, they were pretty quiet in the second half."

What rule prevents using the train horn after a score? Also, did the NCAA change the rule of artificial noise makers being used in post season? I did notice that the band was a lot quite in the second half.

Congratulations to JHU on a hard fought win. The Cru got back on track at the end of the season into post season, but just ran out of steam. Much appreciation to The Cru players for their hard work and drive!

The defense and special teams had done their jobs, but the offensive side of the house needs some serious review. The same old play calling is not going to cut it during the season let alone during the post season. The Cru seems to have some very fast wide receivers, but the ball isn't finding its way into their hands. I hope that during the off season some hard decision will be made to put The Cru back at its former echelon.

Congratulations Cru on another win on the road! Keep proving the nay-sayers wrong and keep winning!

Linfield, you played a great game and the results could of been different on another day.

I was happy to see UMHB take the win, but it was a classless act by UMHB after the teams went through the handshakes. There were a lot of UMHB players acting like they had never won a postseason game and started mixing it up with HSU players. Coach Harmon really needs to get a handle on his players before some players start getting ejected from further games in the playoffs. Who were the two UMHB players who went down to the HSU student section and started to taunt them and were seen by couple of the officials. Although flags were thrown for the taunting the Referee for some reason didn't not act on the flags.

With less than half a yard and guess what play is called? This is where the OC should have the playbook open to ALL the plays! The Cru have a chance to win this game, but it won't happen if the play calling is the same old, same old.

If The Cru keeps playing like this they will not go much further into the playoffs. Do The Cru even want to win this game? The lack luster effort would say no.

Does anyone know if UMHB has posted their Game Notes? I haven't seen any yet.

How much more will the powers to be allow Harmon to keep flushing what was the best D3 program in the country down the toilet. It's clear that Harmon does not have what it takes to be the head coach of a top notch program. I wonder how many players have left the UMHB football program because of Harmon? There just isn't the unity of the players that we had in the past and become accustomed to.

I think that The Cru can beat Hardin Simmons, but there are some players that need to have their feet held to the fire. There are too many players that still don't get that football is a team sport and will get their feelings hurt and will lash out giving up all those yards from penalties that could be avoided if those players kept their heads. Can The Cru pull off the win, I don't know. But, I do know we didn't have this problem when Coach Pete was running the program.

What was the reason given for UNHB not broadcasting away games? The stream being broadcasted from Howard Payne is horrible and very hard to watch.

Is there a radio broadcast of the Howard Payne game? The video feed for the game is okay, but the audio is breaking up in large batches.

Congratulations to Hardin Simmons for their win. They came to Belton to play football and The Cru came to twiddle their thumbs and many played for themselves and not for the team.

I was hoping that The Cru team that played and beat Whitewater would of showed up today with more of that same drive and intensity, but I digress.

It's clear that a lot of the players don't respect or see Coach Harmon as the spearhead of the football team. Too many of those individuals are more interested in their advancement and not to bring back former luster that Cru Football once had.

I'm afraid that if the administration doesn't made a change of the head coach as well as a new OC any faint idea of moving up to D2 or FCS would be hard pressed to happen. Three years to take a top notch D3 powerhouse team together even better is long enough. The whole UMHB football program is at risk of losing its once top tier status and become an average (if not a sub par team) in just a few more years. Once that happens the ability to draw top area high school players will be a thing of the past.
