Best of luck to my beloved Bantams tonight as they take on a great Bates squad. From Trinity's standpoint, it's great to see how the program has built itself back up since the 2008 NESCAC Championship team. They went through a tough period, coaching changes, transfers and kids leaving the program but Cosgrove and his staff have a group of guys that bought into the system, dig in and play some hard-nosed ball. Very proud of what they accomplished so far.

In the CAC, really with the exception of Amherst who has been reasonably steady for a long time, all programs rise and fall.  10 Years ago, Amherst, Trinity, and Williams were tops. Then Williams slipped off for a few years and Bowdoin was strong. Then Trinity fell off and Middlebury came on as a power for multiple years. Recently, Bates, Bowdoin and Williams have all had strong campaigns and let us not forget the 6 seeded Cardinals who won this past CAC tourney.  As one gets further and further out of the gym, you realize the roller coaster ride that each program goes through and you can't help but appreciate the good times. Hopefully Trinity can stay upper echelon for a while and build off of a great year.
