It took North Central about 2 minutes to score, River Falls goes 3 and out.  They have no chance of winning tonight no matter how fast the offense goes.

While reading about the assistance coaches leaving for greener pastures,  the classic rock station was playing
Godzilla by Blue Oyster Cult.  Now I know the lyrics by heart because I love the song, but I swear I heard:
"Oh No, Geoff Dartt has got to go

I heard that throughout the whole song.

No one in D3 fears playing  the Purple Raiders anymore.  Fans no longer hate them based solely on them always winning National Titles.  That hate left their hearts when VK left for Toledo.  This kinder, gentler, and much softer version of the football team that has learned to play nicey nice with the opponents is not what the fans expect, want, or deserve.

Time to contact a crime scene clean up company to clean up the inside of the Mount Union house. He has had enough time to prove to everyone that he deserves to be the head coach of Mount Union.  Starting at the top and working down, get that crime scene cleaning company to really scrub down the Mount Union house. Any  head coach that was not part of the Kehres family household, would be gone by now.  Do not prolong what needs to be done.

We all know where GD will be sitting next Thanksgiving, with the kids at the card table on a folding chair.
Why break a six year tradition now?

What is going to feel worse?
1.  Changing conferences and losing  to Mount in the playoffs.
          OR
2.  Being in the OAC, losing to Mount in the regular season and not making the playoffs.
Tough choice.

I'd be surprised to see a HC change, Phillips got YSU to two post-seasons in 4 years, which is much better than any coach since Tressel.

New DC? Absolutely, but that would be a bit of a downgrade for VK

I heard that Meatchicken head coach is looking for a new job.  Right now the top prospect is either an assistant manager of or a gourmet cook at the local 7-11, his choice.

Looks like the yellow er Blue Streaks are in the cards for next Saturday.
Will see if teams like Oberlin have toughened them up for the playoffs.
Maybe next year they can add The Little Sisters of the Poor to their schedule next year.

Will it be another Thanksgiving at the kids table again next year for GD or will he move up to the big table with  the other National Championship head coaches?
