Career move? If so, what do you do for a living? Old bones? How aged are your "old bones"? You should be able to watch the archived games once you've gotten your sleep!

Would have loved to come up for the St Olaf game to see the Viking's practice facilities as I've attended Johnnie games at the Metrodome, Target Field, & Allianz, but have tickets to the #10 Iowa women's basketball game the following day in Sioux City at noon. It had been scheduled for a 3:00 tipoff, but was moved up.

Definitely making it hard on ourselves. If we lose, might not make the playoffs. Disappointing!

We had our first frost this morning. My phone showed 31 degrees. Currently 65 in our house. We have my nephew's 4th birthday party this afternoon so a two-hour road trip. Going to be watching the game on my phone. Hoping St John's looks sharp and that the outcome is never in doubt!

Additionally, we picked up a phenomenally talented runner, Josh Goater, from North Melbourne for a packet of chips.  He's a third-year player who tore his Achilles in his first season and has suffered a string of soft-tissue injuries since then, keeping him out of North's side for the last two years.  If our fitness staff can get him healthy, oh boy.

And, amazingly, we didn't lose a single top-30 player and retained a very strong draft hand.  It's been a masterful session by the Hawthorn list management team.

The Hawks are primed for next season.  I can't believe I need to wait five more months before the season starts.

Don't take it personally! I was actually hoping that Wheaton would upset North Central. Fortunately those poorly placed passes early on didn't cost them.

Logan Hansen has St John's ranked #1 in his predictive ratings which, as I understand it, is a ranking of how teams are expected to finish the season & in his season simulation has the Johnnies with the highest likelihood to reach the Stagg Bowl to face Whitewater. Fun thinking of "what if" although we'd rather see an actual Stagg Bowl appearance & win! Next immediate test is Concordia!

For the first time since Bethel defeated North Central on November 24th, 2018 - 2,877 days ago - North Central falls at home by a final score of 13-10. Will St John's move up to #2 or do Wheaton & North Central just trade places? Oshkosh made River Falls look mortal. LaCrosse had a legitimate shot at beating Whitewater. Excited to see the updated polls & listen to the new episode of "Around the Nation"!

The one good pass Wheaton's QB threw was dropped by the receiver. Unreal.

I have not been impressed with Wheaton's QB whatsoever. Horrible ball placement on multiple throws.
